The Rules:

1. Upon signing up for the JV Partnership, you must purchase your own copy of the "Ebook Package" at the regular price offered here on this website (currently $47 while the experiment is on-going). When you have made your tenth sale, you will be refunded the $47 you paid, making your JV partnership totally free. This is to prevent people from signing up for the JV deal just to get the product for free.

You will receive your own copy of this EBOOK PACKAGE. You will NOT receive a copy of the MAIN PRODUCT offered herein (the $20 - 60 item package), unless you purchase that separately (for full price).

We realize that some other JV partnerships are offered to potential JV partners for free, but understand that we are offering you an instant solution to the customers or readers you already have that ask you "how-to" create a website. Also, with your purchase, we are giving you the complete & entire website as shown at: www.createAsuccessfulWebsite.com. Realize too, that to our knowledge, there is NOT a complete HUGE package or entire kit like we are making available here, anywhere else!

We believe that promoters should "own" copies of whatever they sell so they have actual knowledge of these products, making their comments to customers or potential buyers about it factual based. Thus, we DO NOT offer "free" JV deals without the products. (unlike others who will offer free JV partnerships to everyone & anyone without the promoter even physically seeing the item they are promoting, just to get sales; regardless of what the product is, how it really works; whether it's good or bad, etc.). 4. Commissions will be paid out via Paypal at Monthly intervals (or sooner).

5. After this experiment is over with, sales for either the "Main Product" from this Website (the 60 items package), and/or the "Ebook Package" will continue for as long as their are sales that exist. So if you you wish to continue promoting, you may.

6. We have some smaller, extra sales offers attached to this site, which are NOT part of the JV Partners program. It's basically bonus offers for those customers who wish to take advantage of them.

Interested in acquiring the "Ebook Package" for yourself for your own use to sell later? Remember, it has PLR rights to the ebook! Some of the products included in the package have PLR rights to them as well. That means you may do whatever you like with them! Sell it however you want, rewrite it, stick your name on it as author, etc. The rest of the items have MRR rights to them.
If you decide to become a JV member, you can sell this "Ebook Package" either from THIS website, where you earn a 50% commission, or you can sell it using your own website, etc., (and collect 100% commission), however, remember that you will NOT receive the ebook itself until the experiment is over with. AS such, if you opt to sell the package from YOUR sites, you MAY NOT offer the ebook that is included in the "Ebook Package" from this site WHILE the experiment is taking place. I will NOT forward a copy of the ebook to YOUR customers from YOUR sites! If you sell this "Ebook Package" via THIS site, then everyone you refer WILL receive a copy of the ebook. Once the experiment is over with, and you take physical possession of the ebook, you obviously can include it with the package that you sell on your own sites. You must also upload ALL of the products to your own servers if you are selling it via YOUR sites. You may also sell the products (but NOT the ebook) that are included in the "Ebook Package," via your own sites, in any manner you wish, either singularly or in package form, immediately after purchasing them, since once you buy the "Ebook Package" you own the products.
